Poison's attempts at appealing to music critics had only half-worked with Flesh & Blood, so the band go full-on grunge for their follow-up album: 1993's Native Tongue. Poison has evidently ditched most of their party anthems to make a bid for respect, as well as shedding the colours and glam of their appearance in favour of a more Caveman-esque.
